PROTECTOR FORSIKRING ASA – ANNONSERING AV OBLIGASJONSMANDAT
Protector Forsikring ASA, med A- (Excellent) og Stable Outlook rating fra A.M. Best, har engasjert Nordea som Sole Manager for å arranger et digitalt investormøte mandag 27. oktober 2025, klokken 14:30. Et minimum NOK 300 millioner Perpetual Restricted Tier 1 obligasjonslån i samsvar med Solvency II og med minimum 5 år til første innløsningsdato kan følge, avhengig av rådende markedsforhold.
Formålet med den potensielle obligasjonsutstedelse er at obligasjonene skal kvalifisere som Restricted Tier 1 instrumenter for utstederen i henhold til gjeldende regelverk.
Produsentens identifiserte målgruppe (MiFID II produkthåndtering) er kvalifiserte motparter og profesjonelle kunder (alle distribusjonskanaler). Det er ikke utarbeidet PRIIPs nøkkelinformasjons-dokument (KID) da dette faller utenfor PRIIPs anvendelsesområde.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
