Mandatory notification of trade - Protector Forsikring ASA

Anders Blom Monberg, primary insider and Country Manager Denmark at Protector Forsikring ASA, has today 7 May 2026 relocated 1,250 of his shares in Protector Forsikring ASA to a new depot account.

The relocation was executed through a sale and subsequent repurchase on the stock exchange at the following prices:

• Sale: 1,250 shares at a price of NOK 471.16 per share
• Purchase: of 1,250 shares at a price of NOK 471.36 per share

Following these transactions, the total holding of Mr. Blom Monberg and his related parties remains unchanged at 5,217 shares in Protector Forsikring ASA.
